This month marks 8 incredible years since our journey began. What started as a bold idea, creating a Beaker-specific firm composed exclusively of high-performing consultants, has grown into a benchmark for excellence in the Epic consulting world. Our growth has been fueled by passion, determination, and the exceptional people who have been part of our story. As we celebrate this milestone, we reflect on how far we’ve come and look ahead to the exciting chapters still to come.
Growth
Eight years in, Honeydew continues to raise the bar as the premier Beaker and DI consulting firm by expanding both in size and in influence across the U.S. and internationally.
Over 70% of our contracts this year were direct partnerships with more than 20 leading healthcare organizations, reinforcing the trust our clients place in us.
We extended our global footprint through continued collaboration with our international client in the Netherlands.
Our team grew by another 16%, now comprising over three dozen Senior Beaker/DI consultants which has cemented us as the most experienced and collaborative group in the Epic Beaker space.
We’re proud of our consultants’ commitment: 21 have surpassed the 3-year milestone, and 12 have been with Honeydew for over 5 years – an achievement virtually unheard of in this industry.
This is a product of our team’s work and reputation. No recruiters, no sales & marketing team, no Chief Growth Officer. We continue to be a company made by consultants for consultants, focused on providing quality outcomes with our expertise and experience on both sides of the relationship. Our work continues to speak for itself and we are extremely proud of that.

Continued to give back in unique ways by sponsoring Marcus Johnson to compete at the USATF National Championships in Eugene, OR (read more about his remarkable journey!) – thereby continuing our relationship with Binghamton University as we begin our 6th year of our internship program.
